Our childcare centre presentations run an hour or 40 minutes in length and are designed for a maximum of 20
children ages 3 and up. Throughout this interactive presentation, children will have the opportunity to ask questions
and gently touch or handle many of the animals.

2 Programs Options:
60 Minute Show (best for children 6 and up)

		Maximum 20 children
		8 -10 animals that you can help select
		One presenter
		An informational postcard of one of our animals for every children

40 Minute Show (best for children 5 and under)

		Maximum 20 children
		6 or 7 animals that you can help select
		One presenter
		An informational postcard of one of our animals for every children

What We Need From You
Organizing teachers are asked to provide the following:

		An indoor area for the show, unless previous arrangements are made with Creature Quest in writing.
		Somewhere for the children to wash their hands with soap and water.
		Parking close to the event
		Sign a liability waiver before the show
		Payment ready
		Let staff know that we're coming :)

Creature Quest Inc. is not responsible for any loss of property or damage to persons or property. If at any time, Creature Quest Inc. staff
feels that a group is a danger to persons, animals or property, s/he may cancel the program and event organizers will still be responsible to
pay the full amount of the bill. It is the responsibility of the event organizers to supervise the guests and ensure that guests participate in a
responsible and safe fashion. Anytime live animals are part of a presentation, an element of risk is involved. Although these animals are
socialized, they may occasionally pee, poop, scratch, bite or pinch. We do make every reasonable effort to avoid these mishaps. Creature
Quest Inc. is not responsible for any injury, illness or damage caused in whole or in part by its animals or staff. Event organizers are
responsible to inform guests of this risk involved and ensure that guests with allergies or other animal related issues are informed. Please
let our staff know of any allergies or phobias. Although we endeavour to arrive on time to every show, traffic, parking and weather conditions
may delay our arrival. In some cases, we may be forced to cancel your show. You will be contacted as soon as possible. Creature Quest
always reserves the right to substitute, change or not include animals for any reason. Event organizers are required to sign a
contract/liability waiver prior to the event.

Pricing
Please refer to the chart below for pricing information.

		Fees listed are for shows held Tuesday to Friday and include taxes. Click on the fee for a cost breakdown.
		Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted when you booked your event will be honoured.
		Any returned cheque is subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
		To add an additional presenter to your show, please add $25.00 per show. Thank you.
		If we are required to use PAY PARKING, the parking fee will be added to your bill.
