Creature Quest Inc. is not responsible for any loss of property or damage to persons or property. If at any time, Creature Quest Inc. staff feels that a group is a danger to persons, animals or property, s/he may cancel the program and the client will still be responsible to pay the full amount of the bill. It is the responsibility of the client to supervise the guests and ensure all guests participate in a responsible and safe fashion. Anytime live animals are part of a presentation, an element of risk is involved. Although these animals are socialized, they may occasionally pee, poop, scratch, bite or pinch. We do make every reasonable effort to avoid these mishaps. Creature Quest Inc. is not responsible for any injury, illness or damage caused in whole or in part by its animals or staff. Clients are responsible to inform guests of this risk involved and ensure that guests with allergies or other animal related issues are informed. Please let our staff know of any allergies or phobias. Although we endeavour to arrive on time to every show, traffic, parking and weather conditions may delay our arrival. In some cases, we may be forced to cancel your party. You will be contacted as soon as possible. Although Creature Quest endeavours to bring any animals that are requested, the company is unable to guarantee in any order of preference the animals that will attend any event. The number of participants and the flow of the party, will determine the total number of animals that Creature Quest staff will show. The client is required to sign a liability waiver and pay in full prior to Creature Quest’s set-up.
