Interactive Animal Shows

Do snakes have ears?  ...How soft is a chinchilla? ...Can guinea pigs giggle?
Throughout this interactive presentation, children will have the opportunity to ask questions and gently touch or handle many of the animals. Presentations for our youngest children is a gentle and reassuring introduction to the world of animals. Children receive a collectible animal card at the end of the show.

Animals typically presented include a mix of reptiles, mammals, amphibians and arthropods.

Animal Show Presentation Guidelines:

Toddlers: up to 15 children per session*
Preschool: up to 20 children per session*
Kindergarten/School age: up to 25 children per session*

*Presentations that exceed 25 children will be subject to large group pricing and restrictions.

Length of Presentation Recommendations:

Toddlers 15-25 minutes
Preschool: 20-30 minutes
Kindergarten: 40 minutes
School age: 40 - 60 minutes

Number of Animals: as many as time allows for each show

Please be aware that pink eye, scabies and chicken pox, etc. are not only hazardous to our staff but also to our animals. We ask that if you are having an outbreak of something contagious (apart from the common cold) that you reschedule your presentation BEFORE by 7 am of the day of the presentation.

Our handlers will cancel a show if they feel that their health or the health of our animals is at risk due to contagious pathagins (apart from the common cold) and you will be responsible for full payment of the booking.
